On Thursday December 1st let the press, especially in Singapore, report the biggest vote by democratically elected officials in history. 811 parliamentarians in Australia all voting together in a transparent online voting chamber. A powerful voice – representative, definitive, visible to the world. The issue Van Nguyen's appeal for clemency.
